1. How do I make a reservations?
Browse properties listed on cosmosliving.com, select your desired dates and click on the booking button. It will sum you up the fees which are required to be paid. Once payment is completed we’ll send you confirmation email with full details shortly. The security deposit will be collected by cash or credit card upon physical check-in.
2. How can I pay for the bookings ?
You can pay via cash or credit cards.
3. What are the Terms & Conditions?
The Terms & Conditions are there to protect all parties involved in the booking. It is in place to prevent issues from arising by being clear about how everything works and each person’s responsibilities in sharing a home. All our guests have to read and agree to our reservation Terms & Conditions, as well as House Rules which were drafted in accordance to DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing).
